- Support the Content Manager in planning, shooting, and producing photo & video content for luxury and wellness brands.
- Actively assist in shoot preparation, including concept development, prop sourcing, model coordination, and styling support to ensure strong visual storytelling.
- Assist with content editing, organization, and delivery for social media platforms (Instagram & TikTok).
- Help cover client events and capture real-time content, including stories and behind-the-scenes moments.
- Collaborate closely with the social media and account management team to ensure smooth workflows.
- Stay up to date with trends and contribute creative ideas aligned with brand aesthetics.
What You’ll Do:
The Assistant will support the Content Manager in the execution of content creation and social media-related tasks for the agency’s clients. This role is hands-on and learning-focused, offering exposure to luxury and wellness brands while actively contributing to daily operations.

- Student or recent graduate in Communication, Digital Media, Marketing, Photography, Film, or a related field.
- Strong interest and/or hands-on skills in photography and videography, with a good eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetics.
- Ideally experienced with professional cameras, confident shooting both photo and video content.
- Familiar with editing tools such as CapCut, Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, or similar.
- Organized, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, creative agency environment, with a polished and professional attitude.
- International mindset: experienced in working across cultures and adaptable in diverse work settings.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to provide quick, effective solutions in a dynamic environment.
- Fluent in English (required); additional fluency in German, French, or Spanish is highly valued.
