A Look Back at 2024 with By A Management

As we prepare to say goodbye to 2024, we are taking a moment to reflect on what an incredible year it has been for By A Management. It’s been a journey filled with growth, milestones, and meaningful collaborations. However it wasn’t always easy. There were challenges to face and unexpected twists along the way, but—through our hard work,  Social Club, amazing team and the support of our incredible clients, we have overcome these challenges. They have allowed us to grow and learn throughout the year.

The year started strong in February with the expansion of our team. We were thrilled to welcome Hailey, whose expertise and energy have been a valuable addition to our projects and growth. From Miami to Zurich, her contributions have enriched our work and strengthened our capabilities. Her in-depth understanding of industry trends, and passion for beauty and wellness, allows her to craft captivating, refined content tailored exclusively to each sector, ensuring each account is both impactful and engaging. 

By April, we celebrated ivilounge and the grand opening of their modern health clinic in Zurich Seefeld, a space that embodies elegance and innovation. The event was not just a success—it underlined the importance of collaboration. Over 20 influencers and press profiles attended, each leaving with a deeper understanding of ivilounge’s mission and a genuine appreciation for their offerings.

May brought a celebration of style and sophistication with the launch of LOEV at Bongénie Grieder, a prestigious fashion retailer, in both Geneva and Zurich. LOEV is Switzerland’s first sustainable lab-grown diamond jewellery brand, known for its commitment to design and quality, inspired by the glamour of vintage jewels and admiration for bolder silhouettes. It’s collaboration with Bongenie Grieder, that By A Management brought to life, aligned perfectly with their values and attracted Switzerland’s fashion press and top influencers.

Just a month later, in June, we proudly supported the relaunch of Formetta in both Geneva and Zurich. We implemented a comprehensive social media strategy that significantly enhanced their profile’s visibility, engagement, and follower growth. With “Formetta Takeover Days”, to achieve engagement objectives, we brought to life a unique influencer collaboration strategy that allowed influencers to take over Formetta’s Instagram Stories for a day. Witnessing this brand’s renewed vision come to life was inspiring, and the positive reception from the community made all the efforts worthwhile.

The summer months were infused with fresh perspectives and enthusiasm, thanks to our amazing interns Julie and Sarah, who joined us in July and, Julie is with us ever since. Their contributions and talent brought a vibrant dynamic to the office, energising the entire team.

As summer transitioned to autumn, September turned out to be a monumental month for By A Management. We kicked off the month with an exciting collaboration between TGC and Keen Wellbeing, blending traditional wellness practices with a contemporary twist, setting a new standard in the industry. TGC, now Moonhub, brings a fresh and inclusive approach to spirituality. With a focus on helping individuals embrace their true selves, TGC inspired a new generation to live consciously and purposefully by blending traditional practices with modern insights. They collaborated with Keen Wellbeing, a prestigious wellbeing studio, for a launch event held in Zurich covered by By A Management. The event fostered a sense of community and provided a transformative experience, aligning perfectly with the essence of the new aura spray that was launched.

Around the same time, we moved into our new office space in Zurich Seefeld, Feldeggstrasse 49, a major milestone that symbolises our growth and vision. Our new location has become more than just an office—it’s a hub for creativity, collaboration, and the continued pursuit of creativity. Every detail of the space reflects who we are as a company and the exciting journey we are on together.

We also welcomed another intern based in Geneva, Nina, who brought another layer of creativity and dedication to our work. Expanding our team to Geneva further solidifies By A’s footprint across Switzerland, expanding our reach and fostering relationships with clients beyond Zurich.

In October, the growth of our team continued, with the joining of Luisa, who adds dedication, fresh insights and hard work to our team. The month’s highlight was the Form Studio Celebration, an event that showcased the power of collaboration and the incredible network we are able to provide our clients with. The event brought a unique twist to traditional pilates by merging fitness, with a club-like atmosphere at Audio Club.

An incredible mat Pilates class was led by Nina Reitermann and Lara Iten Rocha, accompanied by an energetic soundtrack from the Dangel Twins. Participants enjoyed delicious, healthy bites and refreshing smoothies from Melrose Kitchen x Formetta,  a collaboration made possible by By A Management, keeping everyone fuelled and ready to move. The event also featured stands from various participant brands like Caudalie, Anastasia BH, Brow Bar, Liebstayn, ivilounge, Amada Wear, Nutty Coffee, ReBELLE Beauty and Moonhub, all showcasing their products and adding to the vibrant atmosphere. It went beyond a simple event, we connected brands and expanded networks, providing our clients with extensive opportunities to grow and strengthen their connections.

As we moved into November, our horizons expanded further with the grand rebranding and brand launch of Moonhub, formerly known as The Goddess Collective (TGC). Its unique boutique wellness space in Zurich centers around holistic and spiritual growth. But our rebranding of TGC went far beyond a simple name change.

It looks evolved from mystical vintage to a clean, modern design that speaks to its core mission. Through this reimagined identity, we aimed to create a space that harmonises crystal energy, handmade artistry, and spiritual practices in an inviting, contemporary way. The success of the whole rebranding process, from the teasing phase up to the grand opening was nothing short from spectacular, driving impressive growth. This success underscored, once again, the power of collaboration and effectiveness of the strategic work we do at By A Management.

Later in the month, the Luxe Lounge event, at ivilounge, provided a stunning setting for elegance and community, bringing people and brands together to celebrate elegance, luxury and overall wellbeing. These collaborations were made possible thanks to our Social Club.

December has been all about feeling the holiday spirit and celebrating the continued power of collaboration. The Formetta launch event at Lenoir Beauty, highlighted once again the power of our Social Club, bringing together brands for continuous increased growth and reach. It also gives the possibility and setting for brands to exchange and learn from each other.

Finally, we ended the year on a festive note with our Christmas Apero at By A, bringing together our team and partners to toast to an unforgettable year.
