Today, ivilounge is one of the most desirable self-care lounges in Zurich, pulling in most of its bookings directly from Instagram, gaining new followers every week, and receiving thousands of views per reel. But the road from vision to visibility was a strategic one.
When the founder of ivilounge, Ilaria Sollberger, reached out, she had a dream: a space where self-care would feel luxurious, empowering, and deeply personal. The challenge? The brand had not yet taken shape. There was no strong visual identity, no digital strategy, and no consistent tone of voice that truly captured the elegance she imagined.
That is where we came in.
Our first step was to create a clear brand foundation. We worked on defining ivilounge’s values, tone, visual identity, and audience. We built a brand that felt modern and refined.
One of the founder’s early requests was simple but specific: she wanted the color orange to play a central role in the brand. Instead of defaulting to typical spa tones like beige or soft pastels, we embraced her vision and built a palette that included bold, elegant oranges—balanced with clean neutrals to keep it sophisticated. This became a signature element of the ivilounge identity. It made the brand stand out in a crowded market and gave it a recognisable, energetic feel.
We did not stop at design. We also worked on brand messaging, positioning, and content strategy. The goal was not just to look good—but to convert followers into clients.

We test content formats, analyse metrics, and stay ahead of trends—so that Instagram is not just active, but actively driving growth.
When ivilounge approached us to plan their launch, we knew we had to create an event that not only introduced their brand but also embodied their ethos of holistic well-being. The goal was to design an experience that would allow attendees to truly immerse themselves in what ivilounge stands for—a haven of health and beauty.
The event was not just a success—it was a testament to the power of thoughtful, intentional planning. Over 20 influencers and press profiles attended, each leaving with a deeper understanding of ivilounge’s mission and a genuine appreciation for their offerings. The social media response was immediate and enthusiastic. Within a single day, ivilounge gained 167 new Instagram followers.
But the success didn’t stop there. The after-event reel captured the essence of the day, reaching over 9,190 accounts and sparking 25 comments, making it one of the most engaging reels of the month. Even more impressive, 15 new client appointments were booked the day after the event, showing that the experience had a direct impact on ivilounge’s business.
